the winehouse is a full service wine provider. From retail shopping, to weddings, to restaurant needs, to a unique night out with friends. If it involves wine, the winehouse is here to help.
Proof of Age
Any person placing an order, accepting a delivery or returning wine for exchange, store credit, or a refund must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Proof of age, with acceptable forms of photo identification at the time of delivery. All photo identification MUST be valid. Acceptable forms of photo id are:
Valid Driver’s License issued in Manitoba or another jurisdiction (if applicable, both parts must be presented)
Valid Enhanced Driver’s License issued in Manitoba or another jurisdiction
Valid Passport from Canada or another country
Valid Manitoba Identification Card
Valid Manitoba Enhanced Identification Card

Delivery
the winehouse is only permitted to sell and ship wine within the Province of Manitoba. Within Manitoba, we can only sell and deliver to people eighteen (18) years of age or older. We deliver daily within the City of Winnipeg and surrounding areas. On Wednesdays we make deliveries to Steinbach.
Date and time of arrival will be dependent on your exact location. Upon delivery, you will be asked to present valid photo identification and the credit card used to pay for the order. The same will be asked for in-store pick-up.
Not Home to Receive your Delivery?
If one of the winehouse delivery drivers attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, a notice will be left in your mailbox indicating when you can pick up your order. You will be able to pick up your order from the winehouse at 1600 Kenaston Blvd. Only one delivery attempt will be made during the indicated delivery hours.
In-Store Pick-Up
Free in-store pick-up is available on all orders. Orders can be placed through the online ordering system, or by contacting us via phone or email. See Contact Us. At the time of pick-up, you will be asked to show the credit card used to make the purchase, and asked for identification to confirm your identity and provide proof of age. Additionally, for gift orders, the receiver will be asked to provide identification.

You will be contacted by the winehouse to arrange a delivery day that works for you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If you would like a same-day delivery, please contact the winehouse directly. See Contact Us. Same-day delivery is not available for online orders. Online orders will be delivered within 5 business days, unless otherwise specified. the winehouse will contact you by phone or email to confirm delivery.

$75 - $124.99 - $10 delivery fee
Delivery is free if you spend $125 or more.
All deliveries are made with the winehouse company vehicles.

Payment
We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard. Visa and MasterCard are serviced via Moneris Solutions’ eSelect secure website. We do not accept cheques or cash on delivery purchases.
Currency
All prices stated online or in store are in CAD (Canadian dollars).
Tax
Prices stated online or in store do not include taxes. This includes Manitoba Provincial tax (PST: 7%) and Canadian Federal tax (GST: 5%).
Delivery & Pick-Up Guarantee
All products are guaranteed to be defect free and may be returned for a full refund or exchange within ten (10) days of delivery or pick-up. Regretfully, we cannot refund delivery charges.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Returning wine for exchange or store credit requires that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The same requirement of proof of age applies to returning or making exchanges.
Refunds may only be processed with original purchase receipt for the value of the product(s). Product(s) may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within seven (7) days of the original delivery date. Refunds will be credited to the payment card that was used to make the original purchase. However, we regretfully cannot refund delivery charges.
Acceptance of Contract Terms
By accessing, browsing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. This website is controlled and operated by the winehouse from its office in Canada. The winehouse makes no representation that materials on this website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where its contents are illegal is prohibited by law. Those who choose to access this website from their location do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with the applicable local laws.
Errors and Misprints
the winehouse aims to provide information on the website that is accurate and up to date. However, errors and misprints may occur. The winehouse reserves the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate an order for goods and services in which the price was incorrectly displayed, or where the winehouse otherwise may have displayed erroneous or inaccurate information. The winehouse reserves the right at any stage during the online ordering process, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled and your credit card has been charged, credit will be issued to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will determine when this amount will be credited to your account. Our only obligation to you is to provide you with a credit where applicable. The winehouse is not obligated to sell product(s) or services based on a misprint or error on the website.
Online Ordering
To place an order with the winehouse using the online ordering system, you must set up an account. Invoices and other communications pertaining to your order will be sent to the email address that you provide in your online account. We recommend that you use a personal email rather than a business email, and make sure that your emails from the winehouse are not filtered into junk or spam folders.
To add items to your cart, click on the ‘add to cart’ icon beneath the image and description of the product that you wish to purchase. You may change the quantity using the box above. You will be taken directly to your cart, and can click ‘continue shopping’ to add more items, or ‘checkout’ to make your purchase. You can edit and review items in your cart anytime before checking out. When you have completed your order, you can follow the checkout instructions to make your purchase.
