Txakoli Basa Lore

Flipping through a wine magazine recently I noticed a writeup on the Basque country of Spain unique wine, Txakoli (chack-o-lee). If you like a crisp white wine on a hot summer's day like Vinho Verde check out our Basa Lore Txakoli bottling’s. The native Hondarrabi Zuri grape variety is used to create this fresh, zippy wine with a slight effervescence. A lighter style wine with herbal and citrus notes and some salinity, the wine pairs well with grilled fish or other seafood, salads or any lighter fare tapas. We discovered it several years ago on our visit to this region.
