Solis Malbec

Domaine Cosse Maisonneuve Solis Cahors 2019 is a 100% Malbec. This lovely full-bodied, dry red wine features velvety texture, juicy tannins, and a smooth finish. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of fruit and licorice notes. On the palate, you will get black fruit and earthy notes with a hint of spice on the finish.

I paired this wine with pork ribs and marinated pork BBQ. Additionally, you can wonderfully pair Solis with cheese, dishes include mushrooms, Lamb, Venison or Duck confit.
